JOHNS HOPKINS BLOOMBERG SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH MEP UPGRADES

Contracted by Whiting-Turner Contracting Company this renovation project consisted of a complete upgrade of the entire MEP infrastructure of the east side of the building.   Windsor’s scope included installation of a new 13.2 KV primary and secondary service, new 2500 Amp 480V Double End Switchgear, new 2500 Amp 208V Double End Switchgear, establishment of a new emergency distribution system including new paralleling gear and two 600 KW Generators placed on the roof of the building.   In addition to normal and emergency infrastructure systems, fire alarm and miscellaneous lighting upgrades were made as well.  Receipt of the 2023 ABC National Pyramid Award Winner, 2023 ABC Baltimore Chapter Award of Excellence Diamond Award, as well as Building Congress & Exchange Craftsmanship Award.
