Contracted by Whiting-Turner this project was a new 11 story mixed use facility located in downtown Harrisburg for the University. The University used floors 1-7 for new classrooms which consisted of a Auditorium/ Lecture Hall, a metallic and nonmetallic manufacturing laboratory, nursing and simulated O. R’s along with the typical labs and classrooms.
